Description

Step 1: The variable plb0241_h is replaced by the variable plb0241_v1 for the years 1985 to 1995, 1997 to 1999 and 2016. Step 2: The variable plb0241_h is replaced with plb0241_v2 for the years 2000 to 2014, 2015 and 2017 to 2022, if plb0241_v2 is less than or equal to 0 or plb0241_v4 is less than 0. Step 3: The variable plb0241_v2 is divided by 10 in order to fix incorrect values resulting from previously lost commas or unit changes and subsequently integrated into the harmonized variable plb0241_h for the years 2000 to 2014, 2015 and 2017 to 2022, if plb0241_v2 is greater than 0. Step 4: The variable plb0241_h is replaced by the variable plb0241_v2 for the years 2019 to 2022, if plb0241_v2 is greater than 0 and plb0241_v4 is 0. Step 5: The variables plb0241_v2 plb0241_v4 of which one expresses the value before the decimal point, and the other the value after the decimal point are combined for the years 2019 to 2022 and subsequently integrated into the harmonized variable plb0241_h, if plb0241_v2 is greater than 0 and plb0241_v4 is greater than 0.
