In the following, we will first describe a fictitious couple. You will then see five possible scenarios. After each scenario, please indicate how likely you think it is that the couple described will have a child together or will separate.


Initial situation: Please imagine the following fictitious couple:

- Tom () and Lena () have been living together for three years and basically agree that they want to have children together.

- Both are in permanent employment, work full time and want to continue to do so.

- Tom has no siblings and his parents live far away.

- Lena's older sister and her mother both live nearby.

- Lena's father died a few years ago.

Scenario 1

Im Folgenden wird zunächst ein fiktives Paar beschrieben. Im Anschluss werden Sie fünf mögliche Szenarien sehen. Bitte geben Sie nach jedem Szenario an, für wie wahrscheinlich Sie es halten, dass das beschriebene Paar ein gemeinsames Kind bekommt oder sich trennt.


Ausgangssituation: Stellen Sie sich bitte das folgende fiktive Paar vor:

- Tom () und Lena () leben seit drei Jahren zusammen und sind sich grundsätzlich darüber einig, dass sie gemeinsame Kinder haben möchten.

- Beide sind in einem festen Arbeitsverhältnis, arbeiten in Vollzeit und wollen dies auch weiterhin tun.

- Tom hat keine Geschwister und seine Eltern leben weit entfernt.

- Lenas ältere Schwester und ihre Mutter leben beide in der Nähe.

- Lenas Vater ist vor einigen Jahren gestorben.
